Since Au Pairs have been a big part of our family since 2017. and since I manage a SF Bay Area FB group for host parents and am often asked how we make it work for us, I blog about that too!
WHy Me? Why Now?
This blog has been in the making for 9 years…
Ironically in this time, I’ve organized and designed many homes and offices, made up many wardrobes, hosted local mom events, staged photoshoots, and organized many many parties, fundraisers and other events. I’ve also helped fellow women launch their businesses, designed websites, and offered plenty of networking, marketing and branding advice.
But I never launched my blog. Because just like you, I was stuck in an old story (going on repeat) in my head. Thanks to my friend Dara, a few words of encouragement, a swift kick in the ass (and a global pandemic), this blog is finally live. I hope you pick up a helpful tip or two, and if you have a question, a suggestion for a topic to explore, or need a word of advice (or encouragement) – please reach out.
